Preheat oven to 375 °F
Drape wonton wrappers over the side of a baking dish, or line a taco making pan with wontons. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until browned. Remove from oven and gently widen, making them easier to fill, if needed while they are still warm.
Mix diced chicken, stir fry sauce, and 1 Tbsp sesame oil in bowl, making sure sauces cover each piece of chicken. Sauté in large skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through to 165 °F (about 8 minutes)
While chicken is cooking, mix all of the slaw ingredients in a large bowl. Place in fridge until ready to serve,
Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl, and place in fridge until ready to serve.
To assemble, add a small spoon full of chicken to wonton shells, top with slaw, and drizzle with Honey Siracha Sauce.
