This Applebee’s copycat recipe is one I could eat every week without getting tired of it. It is light and fresh enough to be a great summer dinner, but still filling enough to satisfy the whole family. Serve them as an appetizer, or as the main event- they will likely find their way onto your regular rotation of meals!

  • While chicken is cooking, mix all of the slaw ingredients in a large bowl. Place in fridge until ready to serve,
  • Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl, and place in fridge until ready to serve.
  • To assemble, add a small spoon full of chicken to wonton shells, top with slaw, and drizzle with Honey Siracha Sauce.
