Growing up, Uncle Dan’s ranch mix was my absolute favorite for salad dressing and dip. I don’t care for ranch out of a bottle at all, and this recipe is the closest I have come to recreating the Uncle Dan’s packet mix in my own kitchen. It’s great as a dressing or for dipping your favorite fresh veggies in!
Ranch Dip/ Dressing Mix
Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Garlic Powder
- ¼ Cup Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 ½ Tbsp Parsley
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container.
- To make dip add 3 Tbsp of mix to 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Combine well.
Notes
I prefer my salad dressing to a dip consistency, but if you would like to thin this down for a dressing you can add 1-2 Tbsp of milk to the sour cream and mayo mixture and mix well.
