Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken thighs or breasts
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bag or bowl and marinade for 3 hours
  • Remove chicken from marinade and bake at 350 °F for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes

This chicken can also be used as a freezer meal. Place all ingredients in gallon freezer bag and place in freezer. When ready to cook, remove from the freezer the night before and place in the fridge to thaw. Cook either in the oven or on the grill until cooked to 165 degrees.
A slow cooker could also be used following the thawing instructions above and placing in the slow cooker on low 6 hours or high 3-4 hours.
