Don’t let those thanksgiving leftovers go to waste! Turkey sandwiches are good and all, but these egg rolls will have your hoarding the leftovers from your family feast for sure.
This recipe was created using Pampered Chef’s Deluxe Air Fryer. The easiest way I have found to lightly spritz oil for air frying is with the Kitchen Spritzer.
Thanksgiving Egg Rolls
The perfect way to reimagine your Thanksgiving leftovers
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cup Shredded Turkey
- 1 Cup Prepared Stuffing
- 12-15 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Cranberry Sauce or Turkey Gravy for dipping
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Place 1 tablespoon each of the turkey and stuffing in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Dip your finger in water and wet the edges of the egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom up, then the sides in, and roll to the corner over the wet edges to seal the egg roll. (During folding it should somewhat resemble an envelope.)
- Place filled egg rolls on air fryer trays and spritz with olive oil. Cook on air fry setting for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown, rotating trays half way through. Serve with turkey gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping.
