When I think comfort food a few things come to mind, but always lasagna. It is a great hearty dinner and the leftovers are just as good as the first night it was served!
I love this recipe because of it’s adaptability. You can easily add your favorite veggies to the sauce for added nutrition and to bulk up your dish. Bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, or even some greens such as spinach would all be wonderful additions.
Pair this lasagna with some fresh French bread and a nice green salad for the perfect meal!
