This creamer was born by the fact that the only thing I successfully grew this year in my garden were pumpkins! All jokes aside, I recently discovered that I like pumpkin flavored things after going my whole life thinking I didn’t. Adding a splash of this Pumpkin Pie Creamer to your coffee in the morning is like a cozy fall hug in a mug.
Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Add brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn heat down to low and continue cooking until sugar is dissolved- about 5 minutes.
- Once sugar is dissolved, add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat1-2 minutes more. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
