This casserole is a classic, and everyone has their own way to make it, including me! I like to keep mine simple, but you can add veggies to your casserole to fit your families liking. Try my cream of chicken soup recipe to clean up the ingredients a bit.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Yellow Onion Diced
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 lbs Tater Tots 1 Large Bag
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven according to tater tot packaging instructions.
  • Heat oil in large oven sage skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
  • Add ground beef. Sprinkle seasoned salt over top of beef and cook until browned, breaking up meat as it cooks.
  • Once meat is cooked through, remove from heat and add soup. Mix well. Top with frozen tater tots and sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake according to tater tot package directions, until casserole is bubbly and cheese has browned slightly.
