I love a good copycat recipe! This one checks all the boxes for a tasty side dish with amazing flavor, plus it’s just as easy as the boxed version.

Copycat Pasta Roni

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Cups Chicken Stock
  • ½ lb Angel Hair Spaghetti
  • 1 ½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
  • ¾ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a large sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add butter and cook until melted. Add salt, pepper, and chicken stock. Increase heat and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add past and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking together.
  • Once past is is tender, reduce heat to medium-low and stir in parmesan, cream and parsley. Stir and continue cooking on medium-low until cheese is melted.
    Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
