Slow Cooker Chicken and Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Onion Dip Mix
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar
- ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan
- 8 oz Dry Pasta I used cavatappi
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Add soup, sour cream, onion dip mix, both shredded cheeses, and broth to slow cooker. Mix until well combined.
- Add chicken and place lid on slow cooker. Set slow cooker to low and cook for 6-7 hours.
- After 6-7 hours, shred chicken, then add pasta. Place lid back on pot and cook an additional hour or until pasta is tender.
