Skillet Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Butter
- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
- 12-15 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add butter, soy sauce, garlic, and parsley to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until butter is melted-30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Lightly grease a large skillet and heat on medium high heat. Salt and pepper each side of chicken, and add chicken to your hot skillet. Pour the butter mixture over the chicken evenly.
- Cook chicken 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through and continually basting with pan juices. Your chicken is done when a thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 165 °F . Enjoy!
