Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Onion Diced
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 lbs Tater Tots 1 Large Bag
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven according to tater tot packaging instructions.
- Heat oil in large oven sage skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add ground beef. Sprinkle seasoned salt over top of beef and cook until browned, breaking up meat as it cooks.
- Once meat is cooked through, remove from heat and add soup. Mix well. Top with frozen tater tots and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake according to tater tot package directions, until casserole is bubbly and cheese has browned slightly.
