Christmas Morning Casserole

This may be called Christmas Morning Casserole, but I give you permission to serve it whenever you want! Every Christmas morning we go to my mom’s house for gifts and breakfast, and she always makes this casserole along with some scrambled eggs and toast. It’s easy, delicious, and is perfect for Christmas morning, and every other morning too. It also makes a wonderful freezer meal if you want to prep ahead to make your mornings easier!
