These sliders are full of flavor, easy to make, and have quickly become a weekend favorite around the Huskisson Homestead! The Everything Bagel Seasoning takes these sliders to the next level- this recipe will earn it’s spot in your regular rotation for sure.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound Breakfast Sausage
  • ½ pound Bacon
  • 3-5 Cheddar Slices
  • 3-5 Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 Package King's Hawaiian Rolls

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly cook bacon until crispy and set aside. Over medium heat, cook sausage thoroughly while breaking apart with a spatula. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into skillet over medium heat and cook, while breaking apart into scrambled eggs.
  • Meanwhile, cut tops of off rolls in one motion, creating a "lid". Place bottoms of rolls in baking dish and preheat oven to 350 °F
  • Spoon sausage onto bottoms of rolls. Layer cheddar cheese on top of sausage. Top cheddar with bacon, then scrambled eggs, then top eggs with Swiss slices. Place roll "lid" back on top.
  • Combine melted butter and maple syrup. Brush over tops of Hawaiian rolls, and sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning evenly over top. Bake for 15 minutes.
