This is a go to quick recipe for a busy night. It is easy, with simple ingredients, but doesn’t lack in flavor at all! The mayo keeps the chicken moist and who doesn’t love some parmesan cheese?! Pair it with a delicious baked potato and some steamed veggies, and dinner is on the table in a flash.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts or Chicken Breast Tenders
- ½ Cup Mayonaise
- ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan
- 4 tsp Italian Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F
- Trim any fat from chicken and cut down to desired size. Place on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl combine mayo and parmesan cheese. Spread cheese mixture over chicken. Sprinkle top of chicken with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 °F
