Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 oz Pineapple Juice
- ⅔ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- In a sauce pan over medium heat whisk together pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, mix water and cornstarch together in a small bowl to make a slurry.
- Once your sauce is boiling, whisk in your slurry and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and serve or allow to cool at room temperature. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
