English Muffin Bread
Ingredients
- 1 ⅛ Cup Warm Water
- 1 ½ tsp Yeast
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 2 ½ tsp Sugar
- 2 ¾ Cup Flour
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer combine water and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until yeast is frothy and bubbly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until combined.
- Pour mixture into a well greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise until dough reaches the top of the loaf pan- about an hour.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. If you desire more browning, you can top with melted butter during the last 10 minutes of baking. Let cook completely before slicing.
