This breakfast casserole is hearty and so easy to make! It also reheats wonderfully- make a big batch and have breakfast ready for the whole week.
Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 lb Ground Breakfast Sausage
- 1 Cup Milk
- 16 oz Frozen Tater Tots
- 2 ½ Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Grease a 9×13 casserole dish
- Brown sausage and drain grease. Spread cooked sausage in your casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Cover with tater tots, then cover tater tots with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes, or until eggs are set.
