This is a family favorite around here! It is so simple to put together, and reheats wonderfully (if you have any leftovers- it’s that good!) For a more scratch based dinner, swap out the canned cream of chicken for homemade Cream of Chicken Soup

Chi Chi’s Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½-¾ Cup Pepperidge Farm Dressing Dry

Instructions

  • Place cubed and fully cooked chicken in bottom of greased 8×8 baking dish.
  • Combine soup, mayo, and cheese. Spread on top of chicken and top with dressing.
  • Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
